Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked and processed efficiently.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your unused Kanteens and accessories in their original packaging and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
