What materials are Klean Kanteen products made from?
Our bottles and food containers are crafted from high-quality, food-grade 18/8 stainless steel and BPA-free polypropylene #5. We prioritize durability and safety to ensure no flavors are retained or leached into your drinks.
How long do Klean Kanteen products keep drinks hot or cold?
Our Climate Lock™ vacuum insulated products can keep drinks cold for up to 145 hours and hot for up to 52 hours, depending on the specific model and size of the container.
Are your products dishwasher safe?
Most of our brushed stainless steel products and those with Klean Coat® finish are dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand-washing our vacuum insulated products and those with graphic prints to preserve their lifespan and finish.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for products purchased directly from our website. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we stand by our craftsmanship. Klean Kanteen offers a Strong as Steel lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, such as dents from dropping or scratches.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental United States. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your gear sooner.
